  • Tuesdays: 6 PM to 7 PM

    Teachings of Lord Krishna or Lord Rama (with focus on those selected by Sri Ramana) with practice of ātma-samarpana (self-surrender) & ātma-vicāra (self-investigation)

  • Thursdays: 6 PM to 7 PM

    Teachings of Lord Siva with practice of ātma-samarpana (self-surrender) & ātma-vicāra (self-investigation)

  • Saturdays:

    9 AM to 9.30 AM: Pre-session silent ātma-vicāra
    9.30AM to 11AM - Main session of the week focusing on Sri Bhagavan's original works or Guru Vācaka Kōvai. The Saturday sessions also incorporate a story related to Bhagavan or his direct disciples, prayer songs and periods of silent self-attention.
